Suite à l'accident de la route qu'il a subi, en repartant chez lui après le show "Extreme Reunion" à Philadelphie le mois dernier, Axl Rotten a annoncé sur Facebook qu'il prenait sa retraite des rings. Son dernier combat était donc contre Balls Mahoney, qu'il a battu.
"This is very easy to say. No tearful videos or thank you's. I had fun wrestling Balls Mahoney at Extreme Reunion. I will keep my thoughts on the other matches and event as a whole to myself.
