Scott Armstrong fait partie d'une grande famille de catch. Il est le fils de The Bullet Armstrong et frère de Brad, Steve et du Road Dog.
Il a été impliqué dans un remake du Montreal Screwjob entre CM Punk et Undertaker à Breaking Point 2009. Il a fait sonné la cloche quand Punk porté une soumission sur Undertaker alors que celui-ci n'avait pas abandonnée.
Un mois plus tard, Scott a affronté CM Punk à Smackdown, match qu'il a perdu. Mais la semaine suivante, il officie dans un match opposant R-Truth et CM Punk et se venge en faisant le compte de 3 rapidement pour la victoire de R-Truth.
Après cette feud, il a été moins utilisé en tant qu'arbitre, et le 27 février 2010, Scott Armstrong est licencié par la WWE.
Il fait son retour surprise en Fevrier 2011, en arbitrant l'Elimination Chamber Match en Main Event.

Scott est marié à Michelle et a deux enfants. En 2008, il a aidé à collecter des fonds pour "The Zoo Northwest Florida" après les dégats de l'ouragan Ivan.
